Head Chef
As the Head Chef of our upscale restaurant in Sharjah, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations. Your main duties will include menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring high quality and consistent dishes are served. You will also manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff, overseeing their training and development to maintain the highest level of culinary standards. Your creativity and passion for cooking will be showcased through your innovative dishes and attention to detail. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining food safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining cuisine, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of 5 years experience as a head chef is required for this role.
Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a head chef in an upscale restaurant
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of fine dining cuisine and food presentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Creativity and innovation in menu planning and dish preparation
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations
- Proven track record of managing inventory and ordering supplies
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred but not required.
