Office Administrator
We are a dynamic and growing company in Bayan, seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team. As an English-speaking office, we welcome applicants of all nationalities. Previous experience is not required, as we provide comprehensive training for this role.
The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency. This includes managing schedules, organizing meetings and appointments, handling correspondence and phone calls, and maintaining office supplies.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. They should also be proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations
- Coordinate schedules and appointments
- Answer phone calls and handle correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
