We are in search of a highly motivated and skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team in Muharraq, Bahrain. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality in all aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of wait staff, chefs, and kitchen staff
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create work schedules for employees and ensure proper staffing levels
- Train new employees on restaurant procedures and policies
- Oversee food preparation and ensure dishes are presented according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Monitor sales and expenses to ensure profitability
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotions and attract new customers

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role preferred but not required
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations including food preparation, inventory management, customer service, etc.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
