Job Title: Machine Operator


We are hiring a skilled Machine Operator to join our production team in Vianden. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various machinery to perform production tasks efficiently and accurately. Your duties will include monitoring machine operations, adjusting settings as needed, and ensuring quality control measures are met.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of machine operation and basic mechanical skills. You must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a keen attention to detail. A high school diploma and previous experience working with machinery are preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to production specifications
- Operate various machinery including but not limited to lathes, drills, grinders, press machines
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for defects or malfunctions
- Maintain accurate records of production data and quality control measures
- Follow safety protocols at all times while operating machinery
- Troubleshoot any issues with machines or equipment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous experience working with machinery (preferred)
- Basic mechanical skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if necessary
