Carpenter - Indian Nationals Preferred


We are in need of skilled and experienced Carpenters to join our team in Nairobi. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and installing various structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other materials. Your main duties will include measuring and cutting materials, building frames, installing doors and windows, and repairing or replacing damaged structures.

To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Carpenter and be proficient in using various carpentry tools. You must also have the ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately. A strong attention to detail and good time-management skills are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut materials according to specifications
- Build frames for walls, floors, and roofs
- Install doors, windows, cabinets, and other fixtures
- Repair or replace damaged structures
- Follow safety precautions at all times
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
- Collaborate with other team members on construction projects

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Carpenter
- Proficient in using various carpentry tools
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials if necessary
