We are hiring a skilled Commercial Architect to join our team in Dickirch, Luxembourg. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as offices, retail spaces, and warehouses. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create innovative and functional design solutions that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget for commercial building projects.
- Create detailed plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to designs.
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in building materials and technology.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Commercial Architect or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Proficiency in CAD software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month along with accommodation. As an English-speaking company, proficiency in English is required. Malayalees are preferred but all nationalities are welcome to apply. This is a full-time position based in Dickirch.
