Senior Architect - Moscow

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Moscow. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$, and accommodation will be provided.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Extensive knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software
- Excellent communication and project management skills

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design process from concept development to construction
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop designs that meet their requirements
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects
