We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Tutor to join our team in Ufa. As a tutor, you will be responsible for providing individualized instruction to students of all ages and levels to help them improve their English language skills. This is a full-time job with a salary of 1700$, visa sponsorship, and no prior teaching experience is required.

Responsibilities:
- Create lesson plans and materials tailored to each student's needs and goals
- Conduct engaging and interactive one-on-one or small group lessons
- Identify areas where students need improvement and provide constructive feedback
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Communicate with parents or guardians about student performance
- Collaborate with other tutors and staff to share ideas and resources

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, flexible, and adaptable to different learning styles
- Valid visa for working in Ufa (visa sponsorship available)
- Prior teaching/tutoring experience is preferred but not required
