We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team in Ufa. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for the gardens and outdoor areas of our clients' properties. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$. We welcome applications from all nationalities, but proficiency in English is not required.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and maintain gardens, including planting, pruning, weeding, and fertilizing
- Ensure that all garden equipment is properly maintained and stored
- Identify and treat plant diseases or pests
- Design and implement new landscaping projects
- Maintain lawns by mowing, edging, and watering
- Install and maintain irrigation systems
- Communicate with clients to understand their garden preferences and needs
- Keep records of all garden activities

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Gardener is required
- Knowledge of various plants, trees, shrubs, and flowers
- Ability to use gardening tools and equipment safely
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with clients
- Physical fitness to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions
- Creativity and attention to detail for designing new landscaping projects

Education:
No specific education level is required for this position.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with standard working hours from Monday to Friday. However, flexibility may be required for special projects or during peak gardening seasons.
