Office Manager for Contract Position in Jerusalem, Nepal
We are seeking an experienced and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Jerusalem on a contract basis. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring smooth functioning of all administrative tasks. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month and includes accommodation in Jerusalem.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, including receptionists and office assistants
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Oversee office budget and expenses, including supplies, equipment, and maintenance
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and events as needed
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and professionally
- Maintain confidential records and files accurately
- Monitor stock levels of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication abilities in Nepali
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail with high level of accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Preferred:
- Previous experience working in an international setting
- Knowledge of English language
