Office Manager for Filipino Nationals in Jerusalem
We are currently hiring for the position of Office Manager for our company in Jerusalem. This role is specifically open to Filipino nationals who are seeking job opportunities abroad. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, including receptionists and office assistants
- Plan and coordinate office activities and schedules
- Ensure timely completion of all administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls and emails, arranging appointments, and managing office supplies
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Monitor office budget and expenses
- Oversee the recruitment and training of new administrative staff
- Implement policies and procedures to improve office efficiency
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
- Must be a Filipino national with experience working in an office setting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
- Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
