Office Manager - Jerusalem, Israel
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Jerusalem. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and providing administrative support to all departments. This is an ideal position for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Monitor office budget and expenses
- Assist with HR duties such as onboarding new employees and managing employee records
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in office management or administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Nepali considered a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
