Excavator Operator


We are in need of an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Ashdod. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery and equipment to excavate, move and grade earth and other materials. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of construction safety protocols and be able to operate excavators with precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators to perform a variety of tasks including digging trenches, foundations, and other earth-moving activities.
- Ensure the safe operation of the excavator by conducting pre-start checks and adhering to all safety regulations.
- Use hand signals or radio communication to coordinate with ground crew during excavation operations.
- Conduct routine maintenance on the equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor fuel levels and refill as needed.
- Keep accurate records of daily activities, including materials moved and hours worked.
- Communicate any issues or concerns with the equipment or site conditions to the supervisor.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating excavators in a construction or similar setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Valid Excavator Operator License.
- Knowledge of various types of excavators, their controls, capabilities, and limitations.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately.

Salary:
This is a contract position with a monthly salary of 1400$. Accommodation will be provided for foreign workers.
