Executive Chef (Dar Kulaib, Bahrain)


We are searching for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food and service is provided to our guests. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus that meet the needs and preferences of our guests
- Source high-quality ingredients from local suppliers
- Manage inventory and control food costs
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining restaurant or hotel setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff
- In-depth knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification from a culinary school or degree in hospitality management
- Experience working in Bahrain or other Middle Eastern countries
