We are seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team in Dickirch, offering a salary of $1200. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other finishes to both interior and exterior surfaces of buildings. This is a full-time job with experience required, and we are open to providing visa sponsorship for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and smoothing out imperfections
- Measure and mix ingredients to create plaster mixture
- Apply plaster mixture evenly onto surfaces using various tools such as trowels, brushes, or spray guns
- Ensure smoothness and levelness of surfaces by using hand tools or mechanical tools
- Repair cracks or holes in walls or ceilings using appropriate materials
- Follow safety procedures and wear protective gear while working at heights or with hazardous materials
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting heavy materials, and working at heights if needed
- Good communication skills in English (Filipinos preferred)
