Shaper - Surfing Instructor



As a Shaper and Surfing Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching individuals of all ages and skill levels how to surf. You will use your expertise in shaping surfboards to create custom boards for students, and provide guidance on board selection and maintenance. Additionally, you will lead surfing lessons on the beautiful beaches of Dubrovnik, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all participants.

Your role will also involve promoting our company's surfing programs to potential customers through various marketing efforts. This may include creating social media content, organizing promotional events, and establishing partnerships with local businesses.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for surfing and extensive knowledge of shaping surfboards. You should have strong communication skills and the ability to effectively teach others. Previous experience as a surfing instructor or shaper is preferred.

This is a part-time position with flexible hours, making it suitable for individuals looking for additional income or those balancing other commitments. We offer competitive compensation of 1100$ per month, as well as accommodation options for out-of-town employees. Fluency in English is required. Canadian nationality is preferred but not required.
