Sales Manager for Luxury Retail Store in Manama

Our luxury retail store in Manama is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, a proven track record in managing a successful sales team, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-end retail environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with product selection, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction
- Implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
- Train new sales staff on products, company policies, and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability at all times
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in retail sales or management, preferably in luxury goods
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of luxury brands and products preferred
- Must have own visa or be able to obtain necessary work permit

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month along with other benefits such as commission on sales, annual leave, medical insurance, etc.
