Part-Time Sales Manager (Manama, Bahrain)



As a Part-Time Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing customer relationships in the fast-paced retail industry. Your primary focus will be on increasing revenue and meeting sales targets, while also providing excellent service to our customers. This position is based in Manama, Bahrain and is suitable for men with prior experience in sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
- Manage and build relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Train and motivate sales staff to meet performance targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role within the retail industry
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of Bahrain's consumer market is preferred
