Technical Support Specialist



Our fast-growing company in Remish is seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and resolving any hardware or software issues they may encounter. This role is a 6-month contract with the potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, or remote control tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
- Educate clients on proper usage of equipment and software
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies in order to provide the best possible support

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Familiarity with remote control tools such as TeamViewer or AnyDesk
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Biometric passport required for international travel if needed

Salary:
Salary for this position is $1700 USD per month.
