Floral Designer



We are seeking a creative and passionate Floral Designer to join our team in Ajman. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements for various events and occasions. Your role will involve selecting the perfect flowers, designing unique arrangements, and ensuring their proper care and maintenance. You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. This position is suitable for Indians with fluent English, own visa, and freshers looking to start their career in the floral industry.

Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their floral needs for events such as weddings, birthdays, corporate functions, etc.
- Select appropriate flowers based on color scheme, seasonality, and budget
- Create unique floral arrangements using various techniques such as hand-tied bouquets, vase arrangements, etc.
- Ensure the quality and freshness of all flowers used in arrangements
- Maintain inventory of supplies and order new materials as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design and incorporate them into your work

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of flowers and their care requirements
- Excellent design skills with an eye for detail
- Strong communication skills (English fluency is a must)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Own visa preferred (sponsorship not provided)
- Freshers are welcome to apply

Salary:
Starting salary of 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
