Waiter/Waitress - Indian Cuisine


We are a busy Indian restaurant located in Bayan, seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or requests
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and restrooms
- Handle payments and process transactions accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to customers
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a waiter/waitress in an Indian restaurant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of Indian cuisine and menu items
- Strong multitasking skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: $1700/month
