We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Muscat, Oman. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and driving business growth through effective strategies and strong leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase revenue
- Manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure success
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competition
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service
- Train and onboard new sales representatives
- Monitor sales performance through regular reporting and analysis
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to achieve company goals
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Indian market
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards success
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales techniques
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
