As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys, collecting data and creating maps of various areas of land. Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting field surveys using specialized equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, and laser scanners
- Creating maps and drawings using computer software such as AutoCAD or GIS
- Analyzing data collected from surveys to determine property boundaries, topographical features, and other relevant information
- Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of survey data
- Maintaining survey equipment and ensuring it is in good working condition
- Keeping detailed records of survey data and presenting findings to clients or stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in land surveying
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS software and other relevant tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional Land Surveyor license
- Experience working on large-scale projects such as road construction or urban planning
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to land surveying
