IT Support Specialist


We are hiring an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Vianden. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients and internal staff. Your main goal will be to ensure that all computer systems and networks are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
- Set up new user accounts and provide training on how to use various programs.
- Monitor system performance and respond to any alerts or errors.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as updates and backups.
- Collaborate with team members to solve complex technical problems.
- Document all support activities, solutions, and procedures for future reference.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Windows operating systems, networks, and hardware components.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this full-time position. The exact salary will be based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.

Location:
This position is located in Vianden. While we welcome candidates of all nationalities, fluency in English is required for this role.
