Job Title: IT Manager at a Multinational Company in Dickirch


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Manager to join our multinational company in Dickirch. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our organization's information technology systems and operations. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, implementing and maintaining hardware and software solutions, and ensuring the security and reliability of our network.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the organization's technology infrastructure
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Ensure data security and compliance with all relevant regulations
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrades of hardware and software systems
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services
- Develop disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime in case of system failures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Proven experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Extensive knowledge of network security protocols and data protection methods
- Strong understanding of hardware, software, databases, cloud computing, and other relevant technologies
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with different departments within the organization
