We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to lead our team of Malayalee professionals in Dickirch, Luxembourg. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology infrastructure and ensuring its efficient and effective operation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the company's goals
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, and networking systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Ensure data security and integrity through regular backups and updates
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of new technology systems
- Train and support staff on proper use of technology systems
- Manage relationships with external vendors for IT services
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to make strategic recommendations

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the IT industry
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, Linux) and network systems (LAN/WAN)
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage a multicultural team effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Fluent in Malayalam language; proficiency in English is a plus
