Blast Furnace Operator
Location: Pula, Croatia



We are currently seeking experienced Blast Furnace Operators to join our team in Pula, Croatia. As a Blast Furnace Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the blast furnace to produce iron or steel.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and adjust furnace temperature, pressure, and flow rates according to production needs
- Load raw materials into the furnace and monitor their consumption
- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure efficient operation and prevent malfunctions
- Conduct regular inspections of the furnace and its components
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Blast Furnace Operator or similar role
- Familiarity with blast furnace operations and maintenance procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Physically fit and able to work in a hot, noisy, and dusty environment
- Good communication skills in English (Filipino nationality preferred)
- Valid work visa for Croatia (free visa provided if needed)
- Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule if required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month, along with benefits such as free visa, accommodation, transportation, and round-trip ticket.
