Architecture Manager


As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects in the city of Acre, ensuring that they meet all safety and quality standards. You will also be in charge of managing a team of architects and collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient project completion.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and techniques
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
- Excellent project management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design and construction process for various projects in Acre
- Ensure all projects meet safety and quality standards set by local regulations
- Manage a team of architects, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments such as engineering, construction, and finance to ensure timely project completion
- Review and approve designs, making necessary changes as needed
- Monitor project budgets and make adjustments as necessary
- Conduct site visits to ensure progress is on track
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
- Maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and government officials
