Architecture Manager for Filipino Candidates in Acre, Israel

Our architecture firm in Acre is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our architectural projects from conceptual design to construction completion. This is a full-time position without accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for architectural projects
- Lead a team of architects and designers to develop and deliver high-quality designs within budget and timeline
- Oversee the preparation of detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for construction projects
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Review and approve project plans to ensure accuracy and feasibility
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress
- Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely completion within allocated resources
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues or concerns that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Excellent knowledge of architectural design principles, construction techniques, and materials
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hebrew or Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary: 1300$ per month
