Architecture Manager


As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction of buildings and other structures. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent project management abilities, and a deep understanding of architectural principles.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design process for architectural projects from conception to completion
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure all project requirements are met
- Develop project budgets and timelines and monitor progress to ensure projects stay on track
- Ensure that all architectural designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Review and approve project plans, specifications, and drawings
- Oversee site visits to ensure that construction is progressing as planned
- Identify potential risks or issues that may impact project timelines or budgets and develop contingency plans as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members throughout the project lifecycle
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in architecture techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture or construction management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent project management skills
- In-depth knowledge of architecture principles, building codes, and regulations
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable)
Location: Acre (willingness to relocate preferred)
