Part-Time Computer Support Specialist in Ashdod, Israel


We are seeking a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for computer systems, including hardware, software, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot issues with computer systems and networks
- Install and configure new hardware and software as needed
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions
- Communicate technical information to non-technical users in a clear and understandable manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills in English (Hebrew is a plus)
- Must have valid biometric passport

Salary:
1200$ monthly salary for part-time hours (20 hours per week)
