Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in the city of Ashdod. This includes planning, coordinating, and budgeting for projects, as well as supervising teams of contractors and ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed according to specifications and within safety regulations.

Your main duties will include creating project timelines, estimating costs, negotiating contracts with vendors and subcontractors, obtaining necessary permits and licenses, and monitoring progress throughout all stages of construction. You will also be responsible for resolving any issues or delays that may arise during the project.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of construction processes and techniques, as well as excellent leadership skills. You should also have experience in project management and be able to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.

This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month. Accommodation will not be provided, but visa sponsorship can be arranged if needed.
