Construction Manager (Indian Nationals Only)


We are a leading construction company based in Ashdod, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an Indian national with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project

Requirements:
- Indian nationality is a must
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in MS Office and project management software
