Administrator for Malaysian and Foreign Employees in Ashdod, Israel
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the administrative tasks for our Malaysian and foreign employees.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth onboarding process for new Malaysian and foreign employees, including completing necessary paperwork and coordinating with relevant departments.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, contracts, and work permits.
- Coordinate with HR department to schedule trainings and orientations for new employees.
- Monitor employee attendance and leave requests to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist with payroll processing for Malaysian and foreign employees.
- Coordinate visa applications for foreign employees as needed.
- Act as a liaison between the company and government agencies regarding employee documentation and processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Malayalam is a plus.
- Previous experience in administrative or HR roles preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of Israeli labor laws is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of 1700$. We welcome applicants without prior experience who are willing to learn on the job. A valid biometric passport is required.
