Senior Architect - Contract Position (Vilnius, Lithuania)


We are a leading architecture firm seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our team on a contract basis. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of our projects, ensuring that they meet all necessary standards and regulations. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team of architects and engineers. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working on complex projects, excellent technical abilities, and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of the design process from concept development to construction documentation
- Lead and manage a team of architects and engineers
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project proposals that meet their requirements
- Ensure that all projects comply with building codes and regulations
- Review designs for accuracy, functionality, and sustainability
- Monitor progress of construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Communicate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in architectural design
- Strong technical skills including proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience working on large-scale commercial or residential projects
- Excellent leadership abilities with proven experience managing a team
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders

Salary:
The salary for this position is $900 per month.
