Back-End Developer (Indian Nationals Only)


We are a growing tech company based in Siauliai, seeking an experienced Back-End Developer to join our team on a contract basis. As an Indian national with proficiency in English, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the server-side components of our applications. Your primary focus will be ensuring high performance and responsiveness of our systems, while also collaborating with the front-end development team to integrate user-facing elements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of server-side programming languages such as Java or Python, as well as experience with database technologies like SQL or MongoDB. Knowledge of biometric passport systems is a plus, but not required. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and be part of a dynamic and diverse team.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in back-end development
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or other server-side programming languages
- Experience with database technologies such as SQL or MongoDB
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication skills in English

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain server-side components for our applications
- Identify and troubleshoot system issues to ensure high performance and responsiveness
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Follow Agile methodologies for project management
