We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Washington. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. Your role will involve managing a team of IT professionals, implementing and maintaining technology solutions, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our systems.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the company's goals
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and networks
- Ensure the security of company data by implementing appropriate security measures
- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and recommend upgrades or improvements to existing systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their technology needs and provide solutions
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within the IT industry
- Strong technical knowledge in areas such as network administration, database management, cybersecurity, etc.
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues
- Proven track record of implementing successful technology solutions that have improved efficiency or reduced costs for an organization

Salary: $1700/month (negotiable based on experience)
Contract type: Full-time with accommodation provided
Language requirements: Fluency in English required
Nationality: Open to all nationalities
