Executive Chef - Doha, Qatar


We are hiring an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production and maintaining a positive working environment for our staff.

Responsibilities:
- Create and develop menus that reflect our restaurant's concept and cater to the preferences of our customers
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and other kitchen employees
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards of taste and appearance
- Oversee inventory management to ensure adequate supply of ingredients while minimizing waste
- Manage food cost and labor cost to maintain profitability
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or promotions
- Continuously research new culinary trends to keep our menu fresh and relevant

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
- Culinary degree or certification preferred
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- Strong understanding of different cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles
- Ability to create creative menus that appeal to different tastes and preferences
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and purchasing
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Fluent in English
Salary: 1800$ per month
