Sales Manager - Nizwa, Oman
A reputable company in Nizwa, Oman is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to join our team. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and driving sales growth for our company. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure competitive advantage
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to senior management
- Train and mentor new sales team members
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our products/services
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely resolution of any issues or complaints
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales management role, preferably in the same industry or related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
