Sales Manager - Nizwa, Oman
We are hiring a Sales Manager to join our growing team in Nizwa, Oman. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase market share. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring they meet their targets.
Requirements:
- Indian national preferred
- Fluent in English
- No experience required, training will be provided
- Must have a biometric passport

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing training and support as needed
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our products/services
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing, finance, etc.) to ensure cohesive business operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven track record of successful sales experience (previous managerial experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team towards achieving goals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
