Project Manager

We are currently hiring a highly motivated Project Manager to join our team in Ufa. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects within the company. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Identify and manage potential risks and issues that may affect project delivery
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders
- Conduct regular meetings to review project status and address any concerns or challenges
- Manage project resources efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize costs
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Provide regular updates on project progress to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana
- Nepali nationality preferred
