As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, from concept to completion. You will lead a team of architects and designers, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the entire architectural design process, from initial concept to final construction
- Lead a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop project budgets and timelines, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and goals, and incorporate them into the design process
- Conduct site visits to check progress and resolve any issues that may arise during construction
- Liaise with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure innovative designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD software
- Good understanding of building codes and regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Ufa, Russia (visa sponsorship provided)
