We are looking for an English-speaking Finisher to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for completing final touches on products and ensuring they meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Use hand and power tools to sand, polish, and finish products
- Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary repairs or adjustments
- Apply various finishes such as paint, stain, or varnish
- Follow detailed instructions and specifications for each project
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required as this role involves communication with English-speaking clients
- Previous experience as a Finisher or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions when needed
- Must have a valid biometric passport or be willing to obtain one in order to travel for work purposes
