Finisher - Woodworking Specialist
Our woodworking company in Izhevsk is seeking a skilled Finisher to join our team. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for applying the final touches and finishes to our wooden products, ensuring they are of the highest quality. This role requires attention to detail, dexterity, and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for finishing by sanding, filling holes and cracks, and removing imperfections
- Apply stains, sealers, paints, or other finishes to wooden products
- Use hand and power tools to shape and smooth surfaces as necessary
- Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary touch-ups or repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Communicate with other team members to ensure deadlines are met
- Stay up-to-date on new techniques and products in the finishing industry

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Finisher or similar role in woodworking industry (or related field)
- Knowledge of wood types, finishes, tools, and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/specifications
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance
- Good physical stamina and ability to work with hands for extended periods of time
- Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Preference will be given to candidates who:
- Have previous experience working with Canadian companies
- Are Canadian nationals or have experience working in Canada
- Are familiar with Canadian wood types and finishing standards
- Have knowledge of English language
