Architectural Technologist - Indian Nationals (Contract)


We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team on a contract basis. As an Indian national, you will have the opportunity to work in Ashdod and gain valuable experience in the Middle East market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers on design projects, providing technical support and input
- Create detailed drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to ensure projects are being built according to plans and specifications
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in design plans
- Assist with project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and client communication

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other CAD software programs
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
