Office Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Vilnius. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Your duties will include managing phone calls and correspondence, organizing and scheduling meetings, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with various administrative tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required. This position is open to foreigners who have their own visa or are eligible to work in Vilnius without one. Both part-time and full-time options are available.
