Facade Technician


We are a leading construction company based in Siauliai, seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Technician to join our team. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing building facades to ensure they are structurally sound and visually appealing. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install new facades on buildings according to blueprints and specifications
- Repair any damages or defects in existing facades
- Perform regular maintenance on facades to ensure they remain in good condition
- Use various tools and equipment to complete tasks, such as scaffolding, power tools, and safety gear
- Work with other construction professionals, such as architects and engineers, to ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Facade Technician
- Excellent knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and safety regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Physically fit and able to work at heights using scaffolding or lifts
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
