Position: Barista
Location: Siauliai, Lithuania

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our growing team in Siauliai. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a Barista, excellent customer service skills, and a strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders in a friendly and professional manner.
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to company standards.
- Ensure quality control by accurately measuring ingredients, monitoring brewing equipment, and adhering to recipe guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions about the menu, and making recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness of the café including work areas, equipment, and dining areas.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Restock supplies as needed.
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Barista in a high-volume café or restaurant setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Lithuanian is an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques such as espresso-based drinks, pour-over methods, etc.
- Customer service oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends.

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
