Experienced Barista



We are currently seeking an experienced Barista to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing high-quality coffee and exceptional customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, and latte
- Take customer orders and handle payments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ensure consistent quality of drinks by following recipes and standards
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing any concerns or complaints
- Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends
