Job Title: Construction Manager for Contract Work in Atlanta, Georgia

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Construction Manager to oversee our upcoming project in Atlanta, Georgia. As a Contract Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from initial planning and budgeting to final completion. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per week.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of work
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Hire, train, and supervise construction workers on site

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
